I've been checking loopnet, local websites, fb marketplace ,and lsn and there are a few leads that are interesting, but might end up being out of our price range. I've also learned that often spaces like this aren't advertised online, just with a sign in the window! If you see a space with a sign in the window that is well lit, has plenty of parking, not too many steps to the front door and is potentially 1,000ish (or more) square feet in size, please let me know!
